Texila American University (TAU) follows a highly structured admission process. We encourage applicants to apply early for the rolling admission process. Our Admission Officers are available to guide and support applicants throughout the process.
Candidate must possess the required or equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of Education, Government or from a recognised institution to pursue the program of their choice. Candidates are requested to read and understand the eligibility for each program mentioned in the Prospectus.
To apply for the interested program, the first step is to register in TAU website clearly mentioning the choice of program. Our Enrollment Advisor will brief the candidate about the selected program and walk through the online application process. Every candidate will be provided with a user name and password to access the TAU student portal further.
Admission process begins with downloading an online application form and remittance of application fee. An applicant must duly fill in the Online Application Form with all requested details and supporting documents (Photograph, ID proof, Academic Credentials) and submit the same along with the application fee, which can be paid through gateway.
The Applications and documents received from interested candidates are subjected to carefull and meticulous scrutiny and review by the admission professionals and admission committee, and the candidate who meets the eligibility criteria will be selected. Interview and online examination is also a part or the selection criteria.
An applicant will receive electronic notification of the University's decision on their application and further admission processes. The selected applicant will be offered Eligibility Letter and further Admission Letters in stages. The admission letters will be enabled in the student portal which can be viewed and downloaded.
If selected, applicant must respond to the notification by accepting /agreeing the admission letter using appropriate method (e-signature) and by remitting the SEAT DEPOSIT in order to retain their place in the current intake for the applied program.
Academic credentials are reviewed and on satisfactory eligibility requirements, the Provisional Admission Letter and Statement of Fee will be offered to the candidate.
Admission Confirmation Letter will be issued upon receiving
On receipt of the documents as mentioned in the Confirmation Letter and payment of prescribed fee for the program, Final Admission Letter will be issued and the candidate is Registered as Student of TAU.

Scholarship is awarded taking into consideration the academic excellence, community support initiatives and volunteer service(s) of the applicants.
